Aleali May x Air Jordan 1 Zoom Release Dropping Soon in 2021

Aleali May is one of the most well-known names in the sneaker industry. Her likeness and character are mostly synonymous with the Air Jordan brand. She has collaborated with the iconic Jumpman name a few times over the years, delivering the most well-received shoe pieces. Fans were excited, to say the least, about what she would come out within her next collaboration with the brand.

The multi-talented stylist, model, and sneaker designer has had her most famous creations with the Air Jordan 1 collection. So, it was only logical to collaborate again to capture the magic from previous works. Now, after almost two years, the Jordan Brand's women's exclusives standout has returned to bless us with the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT.

May's thorough treatment of the sneaker's intriguing details is something to praise. The amazingly color mix of green and royal blue is one of the most unique in Air Jordan 1's history. The wing logos on the sneaker come complete with accent pops of chenille. These small details are a subtle callback to one of her previous efforts with the brand. The shoe's tongues carry a creamy beige base and a short, bold blue letter "A" emblem right in the middle to trademark May's creation. The saturated blue shoelaces also neatly match the vibrant leather panels that are something to behold.

Finally, the green color way comes into play that rounds off the sneaker's plethora of exciting details neatly on the Swoosh, the collar, and the tread. It's clear as day to see all of the influence of May present on the sneaker.
