With just weeks left before the launch of Microsoft's next-gen consoles, the Xbox Series X and Series S game systems, Microsoft has confirmed that Apple TV will now be available on both consoles starting November 10th.
Microsoft's unveiling comes to light after Sony announced that the Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 consoles would have the Apple TV app available to users on November 12th, just a month prior. Adding the Apple TV app to the consoles allows users of both the Xbox and Playstation the ability to access all of Apple TV+ Original Series, movies, and various Apple TV Channels.
Apple's move is well played as they recently launched their "Apple One" subscription bundles that include Apple TV+, Apple Music, iCloud storage, and several other services for Apple users. By adding the Apple TV app, it allows the tech giant to expand its subscriber base options to non-iPhone, Mac, or iPad users.
The Xbox Series X and Series S consoles will hit stores on November 10th, which the Sony Playstation 5 available just two days later on November 12th if you weren't able to cop your pre-order for either of these systems.
