Travis Scott has marked his 29th birthday by releasing a couple of collaborations and announcing big news alongside them. The Houston rapper told fans the third annual Astroworld Fest is set to take place in Houston, Texas, on the 5th and 6th of November, along with the restock of the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6 "British Khaki."
The "Sicko Mode" rapper has also marked his birthday by releasing the Cactus Jack x NEIGHBOURHOOD collaboration. The team-up is led by the Carousel Incense Chamber that sees both brands build up even further on the Japanese's imprints signature style of a unique series of items. The NEIGHBORHOOD collaboration, much like the motocross-inspired collection that also dropped earlier in the week, is filled with Cactus Jack motifs.
A unique item from the collab series comes in the form of an incense statue designed in a traditional mix of porcelain white and contrasting blue accents. The grim chamber depicts a skeleton riding a carousel horse all on top of the base that has the text "ENJOY RIDE" on it that precisely captures Travis Scott's mood to a T.
After lifting the base of the chamber, the housing of the incense chamber is carefully constructed to hold an incense cone in place securely as it burns, giving off the relaxing scent of the smoke from skillfully sculpted openings.
Other standout items from the series include a faded grey tee and a limited-edition black zip-up hoodie that retail for $55 and $150, respectively. These two items further build on the special chamber release by incorporating the same skeleton design. Rounding out the apparel collection are the final co-branding details of both brands.
The Cactus Jack x NEIGHBORHOOD collaboration is available right now exclusively over on Travis Scott's Website.
