Cannabis-Infused French Toast


4-6 slices of thick Brioche
3 large eggs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 teaspoons of cannabis butter
1/4 cup of a fruit puree' of your choice
1 cup of milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 bottle of Maple Syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup of Confectioners' sugar
2 Medium bowl
2 Mixing spoons or whisks
1 large skillet
1 large baking dish
1 container of whip cream or cool whip


A wake n' bake is always a great way to start the day off right but why not elevate your morning with a different kind of wake and bake with cannabis-infused french toast. Still simple recipe will leave you starting your day off on a high note. Peep the recipe below.

1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. Mix eggs, milk,cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl
3. Lightly butter the baking dish with unsalted butter and set it aside
4. Blend both the cannabutter and unsalted butter in your second medium bowl
5. Melt cannabutter in the large skillet on low to medium heat
6. Dip each Brioche slices in the egg mixture and place into skillet with melted butter
7. Lightly brown each side of the brioche; this should take at least 2 mins for each side
8. Place each browned slice in the baking dish
9. Cover browned brioche slices with the remaining butter blend and egg mixture
10. Bake for 3-5 mins until thoroughly cooked through
11. Place baked brioche onto plates
12. Add fruit puree and top with whip cream
13. Sprinkle Confectioners' sugar over the puree and whip cream
14. Top with Maple syrup to your liking
