We are big fans of the Darksiders series and even though the 3rd installment in the series wasn’t quite as good as its predecessors and the current quality of most games now a day we were still happy with it. Now THQ Nordic is taking on the story of the last of the 4 horsemen, Strife is his name. Darksiders Genesis will likely see some screen time at this upcoming E3 as they have only released a trailer that mixes in some interesting gameplay. Instead of the usual gameplay, we are used to with its predecessors, Genesis will be experienced via a Diablo-styled dungeon crawler. Now, this won't take away from what made Darksiders, Darksiders. This game will still feature intense combat, exploration, puzzle-solving, and epic boss battles from heaven to hell. The camera angles seem to be similar to the top-down perspective but its slightly tilted to allow more 3D graphic representation. The release date has not been announced quite yet but we know the game will be releasing on Xbox One, PC, PS4, Stadia, and Nintendo Switch. We will update you with new information as we receive it.
