Harley announced a new bike a little while back, and it is currently available for preorder now. You can get your own Harley Livewire for about $30k, which can be a little pricy. We like to call this bike the Tesla of motorcycles since it is entirely electric. This bike accelerates from 0-60 in 3 seconds. It has a battery range of 146 miles in the city. Charging this bike is super easy too. You use the Level 1 charger that simply plugs into an at-home outlet and charge your bike overnight. Alternatively, you can go to a public DC charging station and charge your bike to 100% in an hour. The Livewire also has all kinds of assistive maneuverability tech included in it too. Seven different riding modes can be selected on the bike, and each of them consists of specific combinations of power, regeneration, throttle response, and traction control. Livewire does come with four pre-programmed settings: sport, road, range, rain, and three additional ride modes the consumer can customize to their liking. Harley has added some pretty nice security and connectivity additions as well by connecting your phone to your bike. It will notify you of any security breach and track its location at all times as well as manage and track your bikes health. If all these excellent features didn’t get you going, then maybe the body of the bike will get your engines revved up. This beauty is looking sexy as hell, and I want to get my hands on it.
