Have you heard of Brumby?

We believe in sharing amazingly talented artists with our audience and letting you decide if you want to continue following them. One of those awesome bands comes from Las Vegas like the killers, and they actually went to our high school, at least for some of us here. Brumby is whom we are talking about. The band consists of 4 members, 3 of which are members of their family. Oliver Tingey, Spencer Tingey, Tyler Tingey, and their close childhood friend Dylan Self are the members of Brumby. We know they don’t have a ton of content out right now, but there has to be something about this group that would make us want to talk about them. First off, these guys are an alternative western rock group. As of now, that’s the only way we can categorize them, but it’s a pretty solid description of their singles and the EP they have released. Of course, the western description will throw people off, we get that, but do not fret my fellow Tokers as western is only here to describe the cowboyish feeling you get when listening and it should not be mistaken for country music. We want to recommend you listen to High Waters, Peace, and Leave a Light On. While you listen to those three songs, we will explain to you why we think these guys are worthy of a shot to make it on your daily playlist. These guys have been named best artist in Vegas twice. They are coming in behind The Killers and Imagine Dragons. Their music is a bit different from what is mainstream too. This group also has a creative way of making music that is unique by making it very guitar driven, and if you see them live, they have an excellent stage presence. They have played with quite a few famous artists at festivals, and for opening acts. Not just everyone gets to be given that kind of opportunity. We hope that in the future, they put out more content to gorge ourselves with. There haven’t been any tour updates since 2017 which sucks, but they could just be taking a little time to work out some technical things or to write some more awesome music. We will update you once they have announced dates to the public.
