Ingredients:
- Medium saucepan
- Gummies mold
- 1 cup of the fruit of choice
- 3 tablespoons of raw honey
- 1 oz of gelatin
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of tincture - depending on potency
Steps:
- Blend fruit and water
- Add mixture to a medium saucepan
- Warm mixture low-medium DO NOT BOIL
- Add tincture
- Add gelatin and whisk slowly
- Add raw honey until your sweet tooth is happy
- Remove pan from heat
- Pour mixture into the gummy mold
- Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours
