ingredients
- 1/4 of infused olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons of kosher salt
- 1 large egg yolk
- 3/4 cup of canola or sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
instructions
Blend egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard and salt
Slowly add infused oil while mixing until thick and blended
Adjust ingredients to the desired flavoring
