Cooper Union student Elvin Hu took to his Twitter and shared that he created an app that revives iPods classic click wheel feature on your current IOS smartphone.
All of the classic functions on the iPod, such as play/pause, next track, previous track, and volume controls. The Cooper Union student even went as far as adding the iconic click sounds and haptic touch alerts.
While Hu's app is still in development stages, the college student is hoping to complete the app by the end of the year. If Apple moves forward with blocking the release of the app, Hu plans to release it on open source.
