Kid Cudi is a fashion icon who has developed trends in the industry that have been enthusiastically followed by his fans and fashionistas alike. With a new set of grills for the recording artist, the man on the moon seems to have chosen to add another dope piece of jewelry to his famous collection.

Kid Cudi commissioned jeweler Ben Baller to create a highly detailed grill piece based on TV pixelation patterns. According to the jeweler, creating the intricate jewel piece was particularly difficult. The entire white gold foundation is set with high-quality diamonds and colorfully sparkling stones in blue, green, yellow, purple, and other colors for a pleasantly gleaming look that catches the eye. The grill piece contained over 3000 diamonds, so it's no surprise that Ben Baller took to Twitter to vent his frustrations about working on the grill collection.

"For any jeweler who follows me," Ben baller said. "You already know how fucking much of a pain in the ass it was to set the stones to match that impossible tv pixelation pattern. I was fed up with the tedious work. "A total of 3,000 diamonds."

The spectacular "Tv Pixelation Pattern" grill piece was revealed shortly after the rapper's appearance on Saturday Night Live (SNL) this weekend. Kid Cudi's appearance on Saturday Night Live garnered a lot of attention, as the rapper paid tribute to his idols, Kurt Cobain and Chris Farley. 

"Tequila Shots" and "Sad People" were among the songs performed by the Day N Nite artist from his new album Man on the Moon III: The Chosen. Cudi was dressed in a green cardigan and a graphic tee in honor of Chris Farley and a Virgil Abloh-designed spaghetti-strap floral dress in honor of Kurt Cobain during his second performance leaving social media buzzing about the artist styling choices.
