Earlier this week, Las Vegas's Metropolitan Police department busted an illegal marijuana grow facility North of the famous Las Vegas Strip housing thousands of plants totaling more than $8 million in value.

The operation found organized in a large warehouse with a portion of the warehouse converted into a well advanced flowering room. The task force reported finding 5,700 illegal planets weighing over 800 pounds.

In addition to the staggering amount of marijuana plants found, Metro also reports founding ballasts, lighting, ductwork, chemicals, charcoal filters, all of which are needed to operate a large scale grow operation such as this.
