Macklemore Shares his Passion for Golf in his New collection "Bogey Boys"

Macklemore has grown an affection for the game of golf over the pandemic. Even though he did make his entry into the world of golf in January 2018, the pandemic has given him more time to work on his game.

The 'Thrift Store' rapper has taken a professional liking to the sport and treats it more than just a hobby now by regularly practicing 3 to 4 times a week. He even won the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Celebrity Shootout recently alongside Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks on the iconic sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This deep passion for the game has led Macklemore to create a golf apparel collection named Bogey Boys.

The Seattle MC plans to combine his love for the sport and its style to help create buzz around the game. The result from this deep obsession was the apparel collection Bogey Boys, which will help draw more attention to the game with his celebrity status and help anyone of any race feel included without any exclusivity. The rapper speaks more about this phenomenon in an interview with Good Threads.

Although the Bogey Boys' apparel won't change much when it comes to traditional golf gear, the retro-themed genuine golf apparel and accessory collection is priced from $15-$160 and famously inspired by Rodney Dangerfield's clothes in the movie classic "Caddyshack." The apparel offering is deeply influenced by golf consisting of polos, slacks, sweaters, and button-ups that you can wear on and off the course. The multi-Grammy Award-winning artist hopes to spark some originality in the sport's apparel and leave a lasting impression.

The Bogey Boys collection is available now can be purchased from BogeyBoys.com.
