Spectators stand by patiently awaiting the release of the Microsoft Surface Book 3 as rumors of its release date and specs continue to circle the tech industry.
While Redmond-based Microsoft has not gone on the record to confirm or deny the release of the Surface Book 3, many believe that we could hear a release date as soon as Spring 2020 during a New York City event.
Since the 2017 release of the Surface Book 2 and Microsofts 2019 refresh of the Surface Book 2 featuring an eighth-generation quad-core Intel Core i5-8350U processor option, it only makes sense that the Surface Book 3 could appear this Spring.
Findings on a patent filed by Microsoft:
Fillings displayed with the U.S. Patent Office shows patents of Microsoft, possibly adding a secondary touch screen to the keyboard section of the device. The patent outlines the touch screen addition sitting next to the keyboard and trackpad on the keyboard deck.

While there is not very much official information about the Surface Book 3, Microsoft is known for updating their devices at least twice a year so we should be seeing new personal hitting the market from the tech giant soon.
