Faceless artist Banksy has struck again. The artist's new mural appeared on the side of a home on Marsh Lane in Barton Hill, Bristol. The recent painting is a tribute to love just before Valentine's Day depicting a young girl firing off a slingshot full of flowers into the sky.
Banksy confirmed the authenticity of the work with photos on his website Instagram account.
Kelly Woodruff, Daughter of the homeowner, told BBC News:
"As it's Valentine's Day, it's really special and to have it in 3D with the flowers is incredible." "There's so many people coming and enjoying it, taking pictures, it's fantastic."
While Banksy's identity remains a mystery, it's rumored that the artist is from Bristol. The brilliant graffiti artist got his start in the 1990s as a part of the DryBreadZ Crew.
