The NFL 2020 season may be coming to an end but, Superbowl LV is around the corner for NFL fans.
Superbowl LV will be held at Raymond James Stadium (originally Tampa Stadium) in Tampa, Florida, on February 7, 2021, marking the stadium's fourth time hosting the Superbowl since 1984.
Despite COVID - 19, the Super Bowl Experience powered by Lowe's will move full throttle starting January 29 - January 31 and February 3 - 6th along the 2.7 Tampa Riverwalk. The experience will offer fans a chance to play in participatory games, youth football clinics, take photos with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, buy official merch from NFL Shops, and participate in virtual autograph sessions with NFL players.
In conjunction with RocNation and Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, the Pepsi Superbowl LV Halftime show will be headlined by pop star The Weeknd. We must admit when we first heard The Weeknd would headline the halftime show, WTF crossed our minds, but listed one of the most influential people of 2020 by Time Magazine The Weeknd had held his own on the charts, so we look forward to what's in store.
Carter had to say this about choosing The Weeknd:
"The Weeknd has introduced a sound all his own. His soulful uniqueness has defined a new generation of greatness in music and artistry." "This is an extraordinary moment in time, and the Pepsi Super Bowl LV Halftime Show is going to be an extraordinary experience with an extraordinary performer."
