Nike Creates Custom Footwear for Select 2020 NFL Draft Hopefuls

Tonight the top 4 Picks of the 2020 NFL Draft will rock custom "Draft-night" sneakers from footwear giant Nike.

Among those picks are projected #1 overall pick Quarterback from LSU Joe Burrow, running back De'Andre Swift, and receivers Ceedee Lamb and Jerry Jeudy.

Each rookie will wear either a player exclusive Air Force 1 or Aix Max 90 from home due to the coronavirus lockdown as they wait for the announcement on where they will begin their futures in NFL.

Nike Air Max 90 “Joe Burrow”

LSU's Joe Burrow was the only one to select the classic Air Max 90, where he pays tribute to his alma mater colors with gold and purple spray throughout, and the term "Burreaux" printed on the insole representing the jersey we wore on Senior Night 2020. The sneaker also features a ribbon logo representing the Tiger's 2020 National Championship.

Nike Air Force 1 “D’Andre Swift”

Georgia Bulldogs running back D'Andre Swift chose the Air Force 1 in blue and red silhouettes in honor of his hometown of Philephilpa that includes a graphic of the city skyline. Swift printed "Beyond Blessed" on the insole to illustrate his battle to play in the NFL.

Nike Air Force 1 “Ceedee Lamb”

Wide receiver Ceedee Lamb of the Oklahoma Sooners rocked with a red and white Air Force 1 to pay tribute to his time with the Sooners.  Lamb represented his southern Louisiana roots with a fleur-di-lis and printed on the insoles "Too Far From Your Heart" to reflect his will to keep pushing through injuries.

Nike Air Force 1 “Jerry Jeudy”

Jerry Jeudy of the Alabama Crimson Tide also went with blue and red silhouettes but to represent his Haitian heritage and the number 4 to reflect his Crimson Tide jersey number.

Each Nike "Draft-night" PE will come in a clear plastic display case with artificial turf lining.
