Sony PlayStation has collaborated with Nike Basketball to release a new pair of retro shoes called the Nike PG 5 "PlayStation 5".The PlayStation 5 has created a lot of buzz surrounding the console's release, which has been building for a long time and is still on a high with the console being in such high demand due to its shortage. To expand on the enthusiasm of the fans, Nike, or more specifically, Paul George, has added the PS5 gaming console theme to the PG 5 sneaker. According to Nike and Sony, both companies had designers working together to craft these shoes in a trendy style before the console launch. As a result, the shoe's design was kept under wraps, with no official photos being released. From what we can see, the two brands seem to have hit the ball out of the park with this eye-catching sneaker inspired by the style of the PlayStation 5 model.

When teased in an Instagram story, we first saw the exceptional kicks in late March to create hype about them among fans and the sneaker community. The upper of the sneaker is shaped like a console, with the white colorway reflecting the shell of the video game machine. Other references to the PS5 appear in various parts of the sneaker, including shapes and motifs from the console on the midsole and outsole.
