Nike SB Dunk Low "VX1000 Camcorder"

Nike plans to bring skateboarding and the gadget tech culture right into the forefront with their newest upcoming release, the Nike Sb Dunk Low "VX1000 Camcorder".

The sneaker conglomerate has been on an almost perfect run with the Nike SB Dunk Low, creating huge hype from every version of this sneaker's announcement.  This newest release from the head honchos at Nike offers the shoe in a new and refreshing colorway that Sony's VX1000 Camcorder has inspired.

This handheld tape camcorder has been in heavy usage in skate culture since its inception into the market in 1995. It has held off falling into complete irrelevancy because of its insane durability despite the technology being completely outdated from today's tech standards.

Skaters have seen to grown somewhat of a soft spot to this tech equipment, most likely because it fits perfectly and the round fish eye can document sick turns in skating without much difficulty.

This particular iteration of the Nike SB Dunk Low sports a Grey and Black color scheme that inherently resemble the Sony DCR-VX1000 Camcorder. To pay further tribute to this tech gadget, Nike has also placed the settings found on the Sony Camcorder on the sneaker. Words such as "PEAK", "REC LEVEL", "WHT BAL", and "SHUTTER SPEED" can all be soon on the Black rear overlays. While the "CONTROL" setting is embedded right on the classic Swoosh, and the "PLAYER" option appears on the quarter panel side of the shoe. The sneaker also boasts the traditional colors of the stop and pause button right on its eyelets.

The Nike SB Dunk Low will release on February 20th, according to insider pages. This sneaker will release exclusively in Asia and the UK/Europe. Disappointingly there will be no US release due to production issues.

New Drop Alert: Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Light Fusion Red."
