Outkast Celebrates 20th Anniversary of Album "Stankonia"

Hip-hop icons Big Boi and Andre 3000 of group Outkast announce a 20th-anniversary rerelease of their hit album Stankonia this monthOriginally released on October 31, 2000, songs like ‘B.O.B’ (‘Bombs Over Baghdad’) ‘Ms. Jackson’, and ‘So Fresh, So Clean’ were instant hits on the mainstream airwaves. 

The Stankonia 20th anniversary release will come with bonus tracks, a collection of unreleased tracks, with updates to streaming bundles followed by rereleased digital and vinyl editions. 

The full Stankonia album will be available digitally in 24 Bit and 360 Reality Audio formats, three Cappella songs, and six bonus track releases.  These tracks include a remake of “B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad) by Rage Against The Machines Zack de la Rocha, a remix of “Ms. Jackson,” and Snoop Dogg and Sleepy Brown remix to “So Fresh, So Clean.”

For those looking to cop the vinyl version of the release of Stankonia, it will only be available to Vinyl Me, Please members as the platform celebrates Stankonia as its album of the month.
