The former Versace footwear Designer, Salehe Bembury, is now listing some of his personal wardrobe on Grailed. These items from his closet are set to be a part of this season's much anticipated Grailed 100. His several contributions to the Grailed 100, which is a selection of highly coveted unique goods.
This first-class buy and sell platform will eventually make these exceptional goods that Salehe Bembury contributed available for purchase open to the public. All of the proceeds that this selection generates will be going to charity.
The brand-new offering of limited goods comes straight from the class of 2021. This class consists of a group of tastemakers and industry insiders, much like Salehe himself. These tastemakers have taken up the responsibility to hand-select some pieces that best suit the uniquely fashionable style of the Grailed community that will assist Bembury in choosing three rare garments for the selection.
The online fashion marketplace is unsurprisingly hyped for Grailed 100 and has been the better part of several days to reveal the curators choosing the list of goods and the unique items that will be put on this season's sale.
Salehe Bembury will be leading Day 5 of the rollout. It offers prestigious offerings from "The Experts," including 424's Guillermo Andrade, designer/consultant Jakob Hetzer, and other handfuls of Grailed's top sellers. Bembury is selling three highlights from his wardrobe. It includes the Deep Pile Zip Up Fleece from the Fall/Winter 2019 collaboration between New Balance and Aimé Leon Dor, an exclusively unreleased Yeezus Tour bomber, an exclusive "friends and family" and sweatshirt from New Balance also from the "friends and family" list.
The Grailed 100 collection curated by the Class of 2021 will also boast items from Jaden Smith, Luka Sabbat, Quintessa Swindell, Greg Lauren, and more. The sale will be open for preview on February 23 and will launch officially on February 24.
