Supreme sure wants to have this summer on lock this year after recently dropping a fire collaboration with Thrasher and a rumored drop coming with Stüssy and Cactus Plant Flea Market. The streetwear brand is now taking somewhat of a short break from the summer's collaboration season to focus on the seasonal tee drops. However, the 2021 summer Tee range is back in full effect and has been officially confirmed to be led by KAWS Chalk Box Logo Tee.
The rumors of the KAWS design being reissued have been going around for some time now, so this drop was no surprise to some. The graphic box logo tee was an original tee design from 2011 after Brian Donnely, the creative genius and artist behind the iconic KAWS design, linked up with Supreme to release the graphic tee. The re-release of the tee is set to arrive in various color options to choose from in the lineup. Supreme has prepared to drop the Chalk Box logo tee in red, orange, yellow, blue, and navy, along with the original black, gray, and white for the Summer 2021 tee range.
The rest of the summer tee collection consists of seven separately featured styles that are sure to fit you this summer season with its diverse graphics. The tees also feature quite a few references to New York itself and show deep reverence to the Big Apple city and its creatives.
Highlighted amongst the summer tee collection includes a homage to the legacy left by Augustus Pablo, in particular his classic Born To Dub You record and a series of T-shirts embellished with the word "ANARCHY," exclusively designed by Jamie Reid. Lastly, rounding off the collection is a tee featuring comical manga art, a long-sleeved Supreme Milano tee, and a cartoonishly lively cobra graphic tee.
Supreme's summer 2021 Tee range will have a global release on June 24 and will be available via the official website.
