The Green Mistress of The PNW

Hey everyone! Soabout 5 months ago, I fell into a cannabis shop and decided to try out anamusingly titled hybrid strain by Cannasol called Alice in Wonderland. Whilesmoking Alice in Wonderland, I got the idea to brand myself as The GreenMistress of PNW: to create healthy savory cannabis infused recipes, to pairamazing books with strains that help you fall into the world that these bookscreate (#weedsandreads), and to document my journey through this new world ofcannabis. Don’t laugh at my brand name, as I came up with it about the 4thtime I had ever smoked and I love it.

I haven’t beensmoking for more than a year, however, I am eager to learn as much about thiswonderful world of cannabis as I can. I started using cannabis, because I likedthat it got me out of my shell thus helping with my social anxiety. Cannabisstains could help ease my daily worries and stressors, and certain strains canhelp boost my creativity.

Before I get ahead ofmyself, let me tell you all a bit more about myself. I have been an avid readersince 1st grade and even though my busy schedule doesn’t alwaysallow me to read as much as I like, I’m still a constant fixture at any localbookstore. I am continuously adding to my personal library and to my to-readlist. One of my dreams is to have a library that is just a teeny bit smallerthan the one in the Beauty and the Beast.

After graduating high school, I stumbled acrossa cookbook by Curtis Stone and fell in love with the culinary arts. I have beencreating mouthwatering culinary spreads ever since. My specialty is flavorfuland satisfying healthy cooking. When I started smoking cannabis, my creativitybursts helped me create culinary treats like: THC infused herb buttered steakmedallions with gorgonzola stuffed figs, CBD infused s’more baked tarts, CBDMayan Espresso double chocolate gluten free brownies, and my favorite Alice inWonderland infused strawberry prosecco gluten free Bundt cake which I nicknamedmy “Down the Rabbit Hole Bundt”.

I am happy to be collaborating withNeighborhood Toker to bring you #weedsandreads and cannabis infused recipes.
