California-based cannabis retailer MedMen is undergoing another round of executive turnover at the top levels of the company, and the most recent losses include the chief operating officer, general counsel and company spokesman.

Chief Operating Officer Ben Cook and general counsel Lisa Sergi resigned, MedMen announced in a news release. Sergi also served as a member of MedMen’s board of directors.

Daniel Yi, senior vice president of corporate communications, also has left, according to CNBC.

The departures follow turnover last year that included the company’s chief financial officer and co-chair and partner.

Ex-CFO James Parker resigned in November, then filed suitagainst MedMen in January.

Chris Leavy, a former co-chair and partner who also previously was an executive at Morgan Stanley and BlackRock, left much more quietly in January 2018. He is now running two financial firms, NetPost Capital Advisors and Shire Capital Advisors.

MedMen also announced the appointment of Ryan Lissack as chief technology officer.
