Travis Scott Announces Third Annual AstroWorld

Travis Scott recently announced the dates of his third annual Astroworld Fest on his 29th Birthday. The rapper is bringing the festival back to his hometown of Houston, Texas, over in NRG PARK on November 5th and 6th. In these times, "La Flame's" annual music festival has been extended to two days to enable his fans to rage on.

Scott will also be the festival's headliner, with the remainder of the talent lineup to be unveiled later. It's surprising to see the annual festival return these days, given the ongoing pandemic and the fact that the festival was canceled last year.

"For this bday, all I want is rage man we been locked in a house for sometime now and I been banging my head around trynna get back to it I been wanting to share and experience with all the like minded chaotic rager like me for some time now." Travis Scott announced the festival in all caps in his Instagram post.

The annual Astroworld festival also set new records in November 2019, becoming the country's largest single-day artist-curated music festival. More than 50,000 Travis fans flocked to see him perform songs from his influential psychedelic 2018 album "Astroworld." The festival's 2019 lineup featured DaBaby, Gucci Mane, Megan Thy Stallion, Post Malone,  and others.

Travis Scott, a megastar among this generation's rappers, is also currently working on his much-anticipated album titled "Utopia." The album is sure to be a success for the rapper, given his track record of No. 1 Billboard charting hits and singles such as "Sicko Mode," "The Scotts," and "Franchise," Scott's new album "Utopia is set to be released in late 2021.
